SHIRLEY A. (LOGAN) WOODSON

In ever loving memory of Shirley A. Woodson, daughter of the late McKinley and Mattie Logan was born on April 22, 1937 in Pricedale, PA.  Shirley slept away peacefully on March 30, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and two sons, Derrick and James Woodson.. 

Shirley was a dedicated wife and consummate mother and homemaker who cared for her family with great compassion and a sweet spirit. She truly believed in prayer and God's Holy Word.

Shirley enjoyed bowling, dancing, and music. Shirley loved life and her family and will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Chyress Brickler, one granddaughter, Kristen Brickler and three great grandchildren; Jeremiah, Amari, and Kehlani, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

While you have left an empty place in our hearts, you have also provided us with a lifetime of memories.

Friends will be received Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. at Christian Life Ministries 1201 Patton Ave., Monessen, Pa. 

.Funeral service will be held Friday April 6, 2018 at 11:00 am. with Pastor Lecarston Chestnut, of Abundant Life in Jesus Christ Ministries, in Wendell, North Carolina officiating.
