Cliifford C. Osborne 74, died Wednesday June 13, 2018 at Havencrest Nursing Center..Born March 18, 1944 at Charleroi Monessen Hospital a son of the late Alfred S. and Hazel R. Payne Osborne,  In addition to his parents Clifford was preceded in death by a brother Alfred E. Osborne of Rochester, N.Y.  A  1962 Graduate of Rostraver High School, Clifford worked for Rostraver Township Road Department retiring in 2009.  Left to cherish his memory are His daughter Christine of Pasadena, California, 5 brothers; Wendell of Portsmouth, Va.,Jerry of Washington, D.C., Larry of Belle Vernon, Pa., Daniel of Manassas, Va.,, and Allen Osborne of Monessen, Pa., 5 sisters; Ada Buckner of Homestead, Pa., Yvonne Henderson of Mckeesport, Pa., Faye Osborne of Pontiac, MI., Donna Minnie of Belle Vernon, Pa., and Evelyn Johnson of Pricedale, Pa..
